Privacy Policy

Overview

PROJKT is a music project management app for independent musicians. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and how you can control it. We collect only what is necessary to provide the service.

Data we collect

• Account information. Email address and display name when you create an account. If you sign in with Apple or Google, we receive only the email and name you choose to share.
• Audio files. Audio tracks you import into PROJKT. These are stored on your device and are not uploaded to our servers unless you explicitly use a share link feature.
• Project data. Project titles, track names, workflow stages, to-do items, deadlines, and folder names. Stored in our database and synced across your devices.
• Usage analytics. Anonymous, aggregated data about feature usage (e.g. which screens are visited). No personally identifiable information is included. This helps us improve the app.
• Crash and error reports. Anonymous crash logs to help us fix bugs. No audio content or personal data is included.

How we use your data

• —Provide and sync your projects and tracks across devices
• —Authenticate your account securely
• —Process subscription payments and manage access to premium features
• —Send transactional emails (password reset, email verification) — no marketing email without your consent
• —Improve the app through anonymous usage analytics

Third-party services

• Supabase. Provides our database and authentication infrastructure. Your project data and account credentials are stored on Supabase servers. See supabase.com/privacy.
• RevenueCat. Handles in-app subscription purchases. RevenueCat processes payment receipts from Apple. No payment card data is shared with PROJKT directly. See revenuecat.com/privacy.
• Apple / Google. When you sign in with Apple or Google, authentication is handled by their platforms under their respective privacy policies.

Data retention

Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all associated project data, track metadata, and account information are permanently deleted from our systems within 30 days. Audio files stored locally on your device must be removed manually.

Your rights

You can, at any time:

• —Export your data by contacting us
• —Delete your account from the Profile tab in the app — this permanently removes all your data
• —Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• —Opt out of analytics by contacting us

Children

PROJKT is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the app evolves. Material changes will be communicated via an in-app notice or email. Continued use of PROJKT after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
